Return and exchange policy

 

If there are any questions or damages to the quality of the food (excluding improper use or human damage), you can apply for a replacement.
All returned products must retain all original packaging.
If the product packaging has been opened, damaged, or used, our company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.
If the product is damaged during transportation, please consult with the shipping personnel immediately or request to reject the product.
Returns and exchanges are only applicable in cases where the food quality is damaged, and will not be accepted unless there are special circumstances or other reasons.
If it is confirmed that there is a problem with the quality of the food, our company will first provide the customer with a brand new item for replacement. If there is no replacement of the same item, our company will refund an equivalent amount to the member's account.
In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.
